Thanks bill davis. Thanks for the reply, I do have it listed under header files in the project directory. I can open and edit the file under the header file listing. Its listed #pragma chip PIC16f819 which is the first line of code in the program. I'm not familiar with the #pragma syntax. I tried #include along with other variations with no luck.
