I bought a Cherokee AH-100 from a garage sale and the radio was not modified. I modified it for 10 meter use according to the directions on. Made a few QRP contacts with some people in Florida, California, North Dakota, and Oregon on 10 meter All said my audio was acceptable considering I was on a walkie talkie with no external mic but I was slightly off frequency. I have been looking all over the internet for alignment information but cannot find anything. One adjustment for it shows RV50 Clarifier Center adjust I would think this will just adjust the clarifier to center frequency on RX only?
I did find a modification to 'OPEN THE CLARIFIER' which I think I should avoid. Anyone have any information how to align this radio? Quote (Happy_Hamer @ June 07 2004,21:28)I bought a Cherokee AH-100 from a garage sale and the radio was not modified.

I offer this Check out - it is Russian ham site, it is written in Russian with an English translation assistant. There is a huge list of documants on most every piece of ham gear and CB toys. It was placed there for Russian hams that find the radio equipment but do not have manuals.
